It’s a portable chicken pen. Where they’ve been the ground is all conditioned (with poops) and insect-free. You move it a little each day, I suppose, until the field is “plowed”. The chickens get fresh air and grass but protection from predators. He recycled it from old wheels, tin, etc. He’s so clever!
